Why Labs

Good tools often start with a problem we’ve experienced ourselves.

Our client work puts us close to real workflows, technical constraints, and recurring problems. When we see an opportunity to build something better, Labs gives us a place to explore it.

Some projects become open-source tools. Some become WordPress plugins. Others may grow into full products. The common thread is simple: solve something useful and build it well.

WordPress / CRM integration

ForgeStudio Lead Delivery for Lasso CRM

In development

Lead Delivery's Delivery Log in WordPress, with lead #1284 open: saved on the site, a Lasso server error, a retry, then verified in Lasso.

Connect WordPress leads directly to Lasso CRM.

A WordPress integration being built to make sending website leads into Lasso CRM simpler, more reliable, and easier to manage.

Why we’re building it

It started with a workflow we kept running into on homebuilder websites. The existing Lasso integrations for WordPress are limited, and teams often rely on external automation tools to connect their forms to Lasso CRM. This plugin is intended to make that connection native to WordPress.

Interactive web application

PlotAtlas

Live

Turn a static site plan into something buyers can actually explore.

PlotAtlas is an interactive lot map platform built for homebuilders and residential communities.

Instead of asking buyers to make sense of a static site plan, builders can give them a clearer way to explore a community, see lot availability, view homesite details, and find the location that works for them.

Why we built it

Site plans contain some of the most useful information a homebuyer needs, but they’re usually presented as static images or PDFs.

PlotAtlas was built to make that information easier to use. Builders can manage the map and lot information, while buyers get an interactive view of the community directly from the website.

The process

How something enters the lab.

  1. Notice

We encounter a problem worth solving.

  2. Explore

We research the workflow and challenge the obvious solution.

  3. Build

We design and engineer something useful.

  4. Ship

We test it in the real world and release it.

05

Why this matters

Building our own products makes us better at building yours.

Labs gives us another environment to test ideas, solve technical problems, work through product decisions, and take software from concept through release. That experience carries directly into the websites and applications we create for our clients.

06

Always building

The lab stays open.

New plugins, integrations, experiments, and useful tools will appear here as they move from idea to something worth shipping.
